H.O.P.E. stands for “Honouring Our Parents Effectively,” and this wonderful group is designed to provide support to those of us who are caring for aging parents.

This month, we will have a special presentation:

Do you need to hire a paid caregiver for your elderly parent ?  Or do you think you might need to in the future?  Come to hear Audrey Miler, MSW, RSW, CCLCP geriatric care expert, talk about this challenging topic – how to find people, what qualities to look for, how to conduct interviews.

Audrey is the Founder and Managing Director of Elder Caring Inc. and has 30 years of experience in the field of elder care. She is a frequent presenter at conferences and workshops.

We will meet in the chapel at 7:00 on Tuesday, October 28.  Audrey’s presentation will start at 7:15 pm and last for about an hour, including time for questions. The monthly check-in will begin about 8:15. Feel free to bring your supper if the meeting time is a problem.
