Aaron Lightstone, Registered Psychotherapist and Neurologic Music Therapist, will speak about the wellness impacts and improved health outcomes resulting from active participation in music in settings such as hospitals and long term care facilities. He will include success stories as well as scientific research that supports this practice with older adults with dementia, stroke rehabilitation, brain injury rehabilitation and palliative care.
