TIKKUN OLAM: Re-learning the lessons of the Shoah in 2017

Later in April is Yom Hashoah. We have been catapulted into a time of fear and uncertainty. With the leader of the strongest democratic nation on earth seemingly surrounding himself with racists, white nationalists and narcissists, what lessons can we learn from our own tragic past?

Join Bernie M. Farber, our Social Justice Scholar-in-Residence for 2016-17, as he examines the new world order where big lies work, and where fear of the “other” is regularly disseminated. How can we, as Jews who believe in Tikkun Olam, help others re-learn the lessons of the Shoah?
