Welcome to the registration page for the Darchei Noam Pop Up School for Fall 2018!

Our Pop Up School will be held at Sprouts, 183 Carlaw Avenue.

We are anticipating running two concurrent classes in the fall - a JK/SK split, and one for students in grades 1 - 3. Classes will be held from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm on the following Sundays:

October 14 & 28

November 11 & 25

* I understand that although the synagogue and its staff will exercise reasonable care in the supervision of my child, accidents and unavoidable mishaps do happen. In the case of a medical emergency concerning my child, I give permission for my child to be transported and admitted to the nearest medical facility and I agree to pay for all costs incurred by the synagogue in obtaining emergency medical care for my child. In addition, I hereby release the synagogue, its employees and agents from all liability in respect to obtaining any such medical care. I understand and agree that the synagogue is not liable for anything that may occur outside the hours of the school's operation.

* By enrolling your child(ren) in Congregation Darchei Noam’s Hebrew school, you give consent to the school and synagogue to utilize photographs and videos of your child(ren) for promotional purposes; including posting photographs on the synagogue’s website, in brochures and newsletters, and our Facebook Pages. We do not publish names of children and their photographs together. If you prefer not to permit the use of such photographs of your children, please select the appropriate dropdown option.
